i have completed puting backlight of screen off and the side camera switch i use to press to put on backlight but it gets switched off as soon as i leave the camera button i didnt use any external button cuz i didnt want to spoil looks but believe me it takes a tiring soldering session to make two small contacts for a botton well the output of the IC Dialog D0951 is SOF_PWM_Display which goes to a blue color OR gate and then goes thru two resistor to pin number 3 of LCD contacton small MMI OMAP processor board i have cut the resitor path delicately with blade both resistor are for 120ohm each pin number 2 is GND and no contact of pin 1 and pin 4 is direct SOF_PWM_MMI it seems in each case current for LED's moves from SOF_PWM_Display to LCD and then to SOF_PWM_MMI but i choose to use forst display signal i am putting in battery test without lights now but i find one battery indicator point on my sx1 goes off in 5.6 hours roughly giving me 36 hours of normal usgae but now i hope it to increase you have to download service manuals all from www.gsmtricks.com.ua link of downloads and then link of service manual we learn alot of hardware with these all flashes processor RF and supplies very impressive thing is you could only find componenets on board and very little circuit lining dont know how they make it , i hope battery backup time increases the usual power indicated in manual for SOF_PWM_MMI is indicated to be 15 V i have exams coming up but before that i need to upload those manuals on this or some free site then do let me know soon for a faster download for other because the site gsmtricks.com.ua offers poor speed connection

give me some free creatable website server like geocities but more better
please see that software is the fantacy of hardware so when you are using hardware be care ful because hardware is for real , although i find H/W less confusing but you can use these manuals to create software to switch off lights seperately and give contributions to this forum and it members LIGHT_UC) & LIGHT_OFF_N is the signal to control it but how to genrate it where to put it was very complex for me to understand i would try that in vacations
