终于从官方客服（英国）得到解锁码，解锁成功

前段时间锁机了，只好刷了一个英文06版的加字库和掌上狂拼凑合用着

上周五，终于得到了我的解锁码，成功解锁，回家刷了简体中文15版和几个基本补丁，很好用，而且周六的时候还把机器拆开，整个擦了一遍，现在跟新的一样，键盘也灵活了，很好用阿，呵呵

具体得到解锁码的过程我会找时间贴上来，大家不要着急啊，上班时间不好写太多，呵呵

绝对官方，不是什么南非之类的国家，现在BenQ已经把全球客服统一到英国了，邮件来回了有12封吧，呵呵，不过这个解锁过程好像只适合行货，水的不知道行不行

我前两天在官方网站上给BenQ发了mail，台湾人回信说让我找当地售后服务部门解锁，没让我找英国客服，倒是没锁，想留着备用的！等楼主公布过程再试试！

第一次没有通过BenQ的网站发邮件，结果得到了一个自动回复的邮件，基本没有用，大家看一下，内容需要翻译么，大家应该都能看懂吧，不行的话我就翻译过来

接下来很关键的一步，你需要到BenQ siemens的网站上注册一个账号，然后打开上述的连接，那个连接里面有几个常用问题，对于解锁没有任何用途，可以随意点击一个问题，然后最后有个选项问你是不是这里可以帮助你解决问题，你就选择解决不了。他就会自动再发送邮件给KF，接下来就是跟KF的交流过程了

but unfortunatly the Administration Department at Siemens will need to recieve
some type of fax that proves that this handset has not been stolen. The reason
Siemens need a fax is so that we are not unlocking stolen phones.

Proof of Network Registration

发传真的时候，我又拨的是00492077440099，结果“您拨叫的电话号码是空号，不存在”，然后我就发邮件问他们，我说我拨了00490207744009 和 00492077440099两个号码，得到的答复都是拨的号码不存在，请他们告诉我国家代码，然后他们就告诉了00442077440099，看来英国KF的工作态度还是很认真，晚上我就用这个给英国KF发了邮件，第二天晚上就的到了解锁码，哈哈，传真内容见后贴。
