1．        Reform of Higher Education is a project of educational system. In my opinion, it must increase its popularity and diversification. Let more and more students go to study in universities, in the meantime let them feel free to choose the subjects and courses. Like in America, students could choose freely what subject and courses they would like to learn during any time of the term. Currently many students in high schools in some areas cannot have much choice while accessing to universities, thus we must reform the entrance examination system of high education, and let students from different areas have the equal chance to enter universities. The system must not be seemed as the tool for entering universities, and not let students study only for exams and marks but let them study for knowledge, ability and joy. In a word, there must be justice both in entering and studying in universities. (高等教育改革这个问题太大了，不是一句两句能说明白的，而且涉及很多专业词汇，所以我只谈了加强其普及性和多样性的问题)
2．        To resist accidental natural disasters, firstly one must have the necessary knowledge what  they are and what measures to take while facing them. As we all know accidental natural disasters mean earthquake, flood, storm, fire, infectious diseases etc. We can learn from the media like books, newspapers, TV, broadcast, internet website etc, to get known about all the information. The government also has the responsibility to publish brochures to publicize the necessary knowledge. In the meantime, I think organizations like communities and schools should hold series of activities for demonstrating the measures and steps while facing natural disasters. In this way we would have the confidence and consciousness to resist accidental natural disasters. Of course one must strengthen his physical constitution, take enough exercise, and keep healthy. It is also more helpful and meaningful for one’s body and life. （这个问题很BT，没什么可说的，就是加强锻炼，多学习相关知识，多参加实况演习）

考研的词汇量并不一定包含楼主的单词的，英语6级词汇也不是很多，碰到行业英语也不是每个人都认识的。

楼主给的里面有行业英语吗？

要求150个字，不知道有没有什么标准，如果一个单词就算一个字，那我写的肯定够用了。不过我上学时的要求是只有实词才算字数，虚词不算的;-)

第二个题目其实可以搜索些沙士展开的讨论，外国人写得不同中国人的，
思路和文理都不同，你读起来就会发现的啦
你会发现同一个意思它的smooth很多

哈哈如果要谈外国人如何增强能力，我可不会，我写的都是中国国情下的。。当然文法表达上还待改进，还有很多中式英语:Q
