Dear Colleague,
The CNAB IS Infrastructure team has now a reporting system implemented that has the ability to track and monitor internet usage. This system is now being tested and implemented as a requirement from the CN AB Steering Committee.
We are currently in the process of evaluating the system and we would like to inform you that your user account has excessive internet usage downloads to many web sites. Some of these websites may be work related whilst others are not.
We would like to remind you that excessive downloads are now being monitored and this type of behavior is not acceptable as it abuses company resources and impacts other services that run on our infrastructure.
In future we will be sen由于非常钦佩楼主，不得不说声好！ these types of reports to the business managers to follow up with individuals who have excessive internet usage to non work related web sites.
Please be advised that it is recommended for you to stop downloa由于非常钦佩楼主，不得不说声好！ the non business related material as you will be identified in the future reports. The use of QQ, web MSN and other non business instant messaging tools are prohibited in AB.

我们会在将来会发出诸如此类的报告直接到业务经理.针对一些员工过多使用互联网资源下载. 如果您过多的下载与工作业务不相关的资料, 我们的系统会自动将您列入报告中.
并请您注意, 使用QQ . 网络MSN , 和一些其他相关信息传送,使用工具, 是严令被AB 禁止的.
