研究中....SXG75拍照照片不能保存,提示"fail to capture", 如何解决?

黑色正式机, 版本是26, 后摄像头拍照照片不能保存,提示"fail to capture", 存放路径无论是手机还是卡, 都出现同样的提示.

但后摄像头能拍录像, 也能存录像.

前摄像头能拍能存

重刷了26, 22 版本后还这样.


2008.9.25:
Q: SXG75, SW is 26, appear "failed to capture" while take photo by the rear camera , but the front camera works well.

I reflashed the SW to 22, and 26, but did not solve this problem.
Is problem of hardware or software ? how to solve the problem ? Thanks in advance for the friends to help me .


A: hi!
are you saving them to the internal memory or the memory card?
how's the ammount of memory in both sides?
go back to FW22, with the customization mode enable, to erase all your flexmemory.
do not load any backup and try.
also, delete the sysfile in the mmc card root.

第一张是按快门前, 第二张是按快门后, 提示 fail to capture.

有个自我检测，检测一下看看有没有什么问题。

*#06# 里头测试后摄像头, 前摄像头都通过的, 测试里头只测能不能启动摄像头, 不测拍照和存照片文件.

新发现,  切换成前摄像头的话, 能拍能存, 即  switch camera  到 front camera .

back camera不行．

重刷了 26, 故障一样.
接着再刷了22, 故障一样.
又刷回到26, 故障一样.

这个工具也是功能强大，直接联机做一些硬件设置。有兴趣的可以研究一下。

看看摄像头硬件设置，不知道有没有效呢

摄像头问题解决了！
原来后摄像头拍照能预览, 但不能拍照, 提示"fail to capture"，今天拆机发现是接触的问题，按压移动了几次，接触问题就解决了，现在此机无任何问题了。

楼上的，请教下，拆机按压哪些部位，我的手机也是一样的毛病
