WidcommLicensePatcher使用方法：
    1、从file——〉open License file ——〉找到widcomm驱动目录BTW下的License.dat文件——〉打开
    2、在Devices中找到你的蓝牙设备。此时你的蓝牙适配器必须插在电脑上，否则你可能在Devices中找不到你的
       蓝牙设备。这一步你可以不用卸载你原来的驱动，这样你可以更容易找到你的蓝牙设备。
    3、选择file——〉Save License file——〉覆盖widcomm驱动目录下的License.dat文件。此时在widcomm驱动目录
       会生成新的License.dat文件和一个新的license.reg文件。
    4、拔掉你的蓝牙适配器，卸载你原来的驱动，重新启动你的电脑，一直到你完全重新安装驱动后才能插上你的
       蓝牙适配器。
    5、安装widcomm，提示插入蓝牙适配器，也暂时不要插入，选择“取消”，继续安装，等所有安装完成后，双击
       license.reg，将注册信息添加到注册表中，在插入你的蓝牙适配器，启动widcomm驱动。
