在自己用smelter解锁成功前,曾先后用中文和英文EMAIL给香港西门子客服,但是得到的结果却迥然不同,中文邮件得到的答复是要到就近客服解锁,英文邮件得到的答复如下:
Dear Mr. NG,
Thank you for writing to Siemens Customer Care.
As I understand from your email, the phonecode of your CX75 is locked. Please be informed that we offer one-year warranty for our product. If your phone is bought in Hong Kong you can get the unlocked code from Siemens Customer Care Center for free in warranty. Please bring your phone together with the invoice or the package to CCC. On the other hand, if you are not convenient to go there, you can fax your invoice to Siemens Customer Care Center first and they will offer you the unlock code after checked. The fax number is (+852) 21111707
The Customer Care Centre is located at Shop 218, Tai Yau Arcade, 181 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Repair Hotline: +852-2111-1878. The office hours are from 11:00am to 8:00pm, Mondays to Sundays and closed on Public Holidays.
For further enquiry, please feel free to contact us again as our customer care representatives are ready to assist you. Alternatively, you may like to contact us at (+852) 28611118. Customer care hotline is open from Mondays through Fridays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM.

本人所认识的字母有限,但是也看出来在香港如在保修其内锁了手机,解锁是免费的,在无法前往解锁的情况下,按照信中所言,也是可以将发票什么的传真到客服,客服提供解锁码。
看来保修其内解锁收费是中国特色了,应该是国人所为吧?收到英文的复函,感觉怪怪的,为什么要这样对国内的西门子“铁杆”呢???? |
