well, M81 suffered a low price but a hot purchase in the last week because a lack of patch.
However, patches are translated by some guys, together with some new ones like Code Show,etc.
There ain't too many M81 on sale right at the moment. I heard that BenQ didn't produced them many. Most of them on sale are 14Days or reassembled.
For more infomation, you can PM the retailers the price, won't be too high, even if in Singapore.

前几天论坛商人小辉甩货M81,机身加电池580元。我入手两台，呵呵，爽。

搜索淘宝，现在一般都在660元以上吧，论坛一些其它商家也有货，还没有看到价格低于580元的。呵呵

I searched TaoBao on the internet for price. It was very difficult for me to justify whoever sells the NEW one. 680,700,750,800...too many prices that quite complex...
However, I don't suggest you to buy this model because of the less produced size. My view is to by EL71 or E71. Although they both have some problems, but they are worthy to be bought.
Think about it,man.

呵呵，佩服英文好的朋友，你的文字我只能猜出个七八分来。能不能写中文？新加坡的朋友能看懂中文只是不能写中文。呵呵

M81 is  more and more but only the black one.
The bule&white one is never saw to be sold by any businessmen.
The price is about 800rmb,maybe. Some businessmen in Shenzhen(a city of China) sell this commodities. Your can ask LiangDe to get more details.

By the way,my English is poor. But i hope u can own your M81 soon:$
