我的SX1被小孩锁死了

发了邮件给香港客服,他们发了一信给我:
Dear Mr.wang,

Thank you for writing to Siemens Customer Care.

As I understand from your email, the phonecode of your SX1 is locked.
Please be informed that we offer one-year warranty for our product. If
your phone is bought in Hong Kong you can get the unlocked code from
Siemens Customer Care Center for free in warranty. Please bring your phone
together with the invoice or the package to CCC. If the phone is out of
warranty you will be charged $150. If your phone is not bought in Hong
Kong, we suggest you contact the Siemens Customer Care Center where you
bought it.

The Customer Care Centre is located at Shop 218, Tai Yau Arcade, 181
Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Repair Hotline: +852-2111-1878. The
office hours are from 11:00am to 8:00pm, Mondays to Sundays and closed on
Public Holidays.

For further enquiry, please feel free to contact us again as our
customer care representatives are ready to assist you. Alternatively, you may
like to contact us at (+852) 28611118.  Customer care hotline is open
from Mondays through Fridays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday from 9:00AM
to 1:00PM.

现在邮件解锁越来越难啊。

按答复邮件看，香港客服在一年保证期内免费提供解锁码，必须带机子和发票或包装到客服中心。超出保证期要收150港币，非港行的建议到当地客服寻求帮助。
我的没锁，给美国客服发邮件人家答复说出于安全原因不通过邮件给解锁码，给了个电话和服务代码说打过去会得到在线帮助，24-48小时内会提供解锁码，没提要收费。可惜没钱打国际长途！
