更新 N900初级+二级菜单 中英文对照表，方便N900用户使用

不过中文输入法马上就要公测了，这点大家不要着急
针对一些机友英文不是很好，我大体将一些基本常用功能表给大家翻译下，
有错误的希望指出 或者有其他地方需要的可以回帖说明，我会尽力补上，
忘英语高者莫笑，并多多指教 谢谢
