关于sig的说明。
Instructions

Provide the application name (optional). Please note that valid characters for application name are alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) and underscore (_) only. Spaces are not allowed in application name.
Provide a valid ESN, IMEI, or MEID.
Press "Generate" to generate the Test Enabled Signature.

ESN Rules
A valid ESN has 8 digits (0 through F). For example, 0x11bb22ff. Be sure to prefix the ENS value with "0x" as in the example.


IMEI Rules
A valid IMEI has 15 digits (0 through 9). For example, 123456789012345. Do not prefix the IMEI value with "0x". If you are entering a 14 digit IMEI without the checksum 15th digit, add a 0 as the 15th digit.


MEID Rules
A valid MEID has 15 digits (0 through 9 and a through f). For example, 0123456789abcde. Do not prefix the MEID value with "0x". If you are entering a 14 digit MEID without the checksum 15th digit, add a 0 as the 15th digit.


NOTES
The generated "Test Enabled Signature (TES) " can only be used on the phone with the submitted ESN/IMEI/MEID number.
When a TES has expired, it is necessary to re-generate it.
By default, each Independent Software Vendor (ISV) can only generate 10 TES.
